(1) There shall be one Chief Registrar in the Supreme Court.
(2) The Chief Registrar shall act as the administrative head of the Supreme Court under the general direction and control of the Chief Justice.
(3) The duties, duties and powers of the Chief Registrar shall be prescribed (4) The chief registrar may delegate some of the powers granted to him as necessary and to the registrar or subordinate authorized staff.
